Frequently asked questions
- What happens when I go over my monthly limit?
We email you and show a notice in your account when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly waivers. Signing continues up to 20% over your limit, so a busy weekend won't stop your guests. Beyond that, new waivers pause until you move to a larger plan or your next month starts. Waivers imported from Smartwaiver never count toward the limit.
- Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year at 15% off. Either way, you can export all your waivers whenever you like.
