Digital waivers for Canadian tour and activity operators
Signed, stored, found.
WaiverNorth is a digital liability waiver platform for tour, rental and activity operators: guests sign on their own phone before they arrive or on a kiosk at your front desk, even without a signal. Every signed waiver becomes a sealed PDF with a complete signing record, stored in Canada.
Waivers are stored in Canada.
Built as a legal record first
A waiver only matters on the day someone questions it. WaiverNorth locks every published version of your waiver, so you can always show exactly which words a guest agreed to. Each signed waiver is saved as a PDF with its signatures, a timestamp, the signer's IP address and a SHA-256 fingerprint. Stored copies are locked against editing and deletion until your retention period ends, with a second copy in a separate Canadian region, and every view, download and change in your account is written to an audit trail.
- Mobile signing that guests finish in minutes, with no app to download
- Offline kiosks for the front desk, the kennel or the trailhead, unlimited on every plan
- Plans in Canadian dollars, with room to spare on a busy weekend
Works where your guests are
Send a signing link with the booking confirmation so guests sign at home before they arrive. Walk-ins sign on a tablet at the front desk. In the field, the kiosk keeps collecting waivers without a connection and uploads them once it is back in range, so nothing is lost at a remote trailhead. Parents and guardians sign for minors, and every guest receives the signed PDF by email. On the day, your staff find any waiver as they type and open the signed PDF right in the console.
Switching from Smartwaiver
Bring your history with you. We move your existing Smartwaiver records for you, free on every plan: the original PDFs exactly as they were signed, signing dates, signature images and answers, reconciled against Smartwaiver's own counts so you can see that every record arrived. Imported waivers never count toward your monthly limit. See how WaiverNorth compares.
